Internet Problems

So, our Internet hasn't been working since Thursday. On Friday I spent a half hour on the phone with a technician and still couldn't figure out what was going on. We decided that it might be our router, however, so a new one was purchased. After a lot of time and another phone call, Robert finally got things working, YEAH! He's wonderful. I realized how much I have come to depend on this, though. I seriously went through Internet withdrawals. And then I did get to check my e-mail and had a lot of messages to go through. I sure hope this never happens again.
